The back power slide window to my 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Truck was accidentally shattered today - I was visiting my kids & grandkids in Crawfordville when the incident occurred. After contacting my Insurance Company - I chose Crystal Clear Auto Glass of North Florida located in Crawfordville Florida. They were contacted by phone at 11:00 am on January 2nd 2026 (Friday) - they immediately located the replacement part for my vehicle - came to my location at 12:30 pm and had my vehicle completely replaced and repaired by 3:00 pm. Their professional service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing glass repair in the Wakulla County area.

I live in Crawfordville Fl and love to support local businesses. I called Crystal Clear Auto Glass around 8am file a claim with my auto insurance company on the app.
I called and Leonard he walked me right through the process with ease. He actually had my windshield in stock. He showed up around 11 am and completed the job before noon.
I was so satisfied with his excellent work and professionalism. I called in another claim to fix my wife's suv the same day and by 2pm it was in and done right with no cost to me! Way to go Leonard!!

Excellent service and attention to detail. I highly recommend. Leonard is the owner. He did the work. Very knowledgeable and came to the house. The replaced my back window. The work was done within 24 hours.

Local. Fast. Friendly. Affordable. Did I mention local. I called three other places and got a national call center. I called Crystal Clear Glass and got Leonard. He was able to get my windows fixed the same day. The others were more expensive and had a several day wait.
